Leddy is an expressionist painter working in upstate New York. Leddy’s work is inspired by connection. In a world with instant, surface connection, Leddy’s work explores the  universal connections that make us feel alive and human: connections to the earth, music and food. By exploring work with movement, texture and color, she attempts to capture communal memories such as standing on the earth with your bare feet, sharing a meal and conversation with a friend, feeling rhythm course through a crowd while listening to live music. Leddy’s work attempts to bridge the gap between the artist and the viewer creating a humanistic, shared memory

Leddy studied Art History and Fine Art at the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. She went on to teach elementary school Art and general education receiving her master's in Childhood Education. Leddy is an expressionist artist working in oils and acrylics. In the Fall of 2023 Leddy won the Bronze medal for her piece Italian Lunch in J. Mane Gallery's show "Eat!”. She also was selected to show in Barcelona, Spain at FIABCN in November 2023.
